The Yellow Crane Tower
The Yellow Crane Tower is the symbol of Wuhan that overlooks the Yangtze River, the third longest river in the world. It was first built in 223AD. It is one of the first national 5A scenic spots, and has been praised as one of the "Three Famous Towers in South of Yangtze River", the others being Yueyang Tower in Hunan and Tengwang Tower in Jiangxi.

East Lake Ecotourism Scenic Spot
The East Lake Ecotourism Scenic Spot is located in the east of Wuhan. It is the largest inner city lake at 33sqkm. East Lake was listed as one of the first National Key Tourist Attractions and receives 2 million local and foreign tourists every year. It was awarded The Model of National Civilisation Scenic Area in 1999 and became one of the first AAAA tourist attractions.
East Lake consists of 6 tourist sections: Tingtao, Moshan, luojia, luoyan, Baima and Chuidi. The magnificent lake is a perfect harmony of green hills, clear waters, an abundance of woodland and the style of Chu Culture. It is not only the biggest lake in a city, but also the place where Mao Zedong lived for a long time aside from Zhongnanhai.
The beautiful scenes are indescribable. For instance, within the Tingtao section is a sculpture garden with the theme of the ancient Chinese fables. The plum garden in the Moshan section is the largest in China.
East Lake is not only a scenic spot with mists and ripples across the vast lake and glistening waters, but it is also full of beautiful flowers. It is known for orchids in spring, lotuses in summer, mayflowers in autumn and the most famous of all, plum blossoms in winter.
Hubei Museum
Hubei Museum is located beside the East Lake and another landmark in Wuhan. It is the main institution for collecting, promoting and researching artifacts. Visitors can also witness the ancient custom of ringing the 12 bells at the Chinese chime hall. Hubei Museum also houses the largest, most complete and self-contained display hall for ancient musical instruments. Among the most prized treasures of the museum are the human fossils of Yun county, Zeng Houyi bells, the sword owned by king of Yue state and blue and white porcelains.
Guiyuan Temple
Guiyuan Temple is a Buddhist temple in Central China. It was built around 1658. The Arhat Hall and Sutra Collection Pavilion are the highlights of the temple.
Bao Tong Temple
Bao Tong Temple, located in one of the four largest jungles in Wuhan, is located in the south of Mount Hong.
Hankou Riverside
The Hankou Riverside stretches from the Wuhan Passenger Port to the Danshuichi Houhu Shipyard with a total length of 7km. It combines flood control, sightseeing tours, amusement and exercises.

Hankou Concession
Considering the outside building of Hankou, we must introduce the middle part of Yanjiang Dadao,which is north of jianghan road, south of Taigu whart of Mayang Street, riverside lot of southeast of Zhongshan Road.
Outside the Jianghan Customs, the landmark building of Hankou, there is a series of European-style buildings facing the river across the 3,600m bank. These are the remains of the Hankou Concession, a period from the 1860¡¯s until the 20th century.
