• be responsible for all Chinese food preparation, cooking and decoration work, in order to achieve the highest quality standards.
• know all about the ingredients, techniques, cooking methods and equipment.
• study the local food and beverage market, to create a new dish.

Job Requirements:

• have more than 1 years work experience in Chinese food;
• work conscientiously, responsible, honest, self-motivated, good at learning innovation
• received professional technical training, related work experience is preferred
• shanghai census register is preferred.
