The commis chef is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food according to the established standards.

Job Responsibilities:-

• To repare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Cook food adn repare top quality menu items in a timely manner
• Operate kitchen equipment safety and responsibly
• Make sure all food items are stored correctly
• Always maintain high standard of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness inthe kitchen, storage , fridges and freezers.

Job Requirements:-

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma or higher academic qualification in related fields
• Prefrebly have some experience in hotel banquet kitchen production
• Able to work shif 
• Independent, fast learner and  with good attitude
