Senior / Marketing Communications Manager 2022-06-08

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing and overseeing group-wide marketing campaigns leveraging different media – website, print ad, social media, eDM, media events etc
• Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Assist in monthly reports in relation to ReviewPro, social media and online social monitoring
• Seek opportunities to raise brand awareness and promote company brand through various marketing activities and partnerships
• Develop and maintain all forms of corporate communications, photography and branding collaterals
• Provide writing and communication support to senior management and respond to media requests for group-related matters
• Support the group’s social media activity and corporate social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Weibo, LinkedIn etc
• Proactively develop media outreach strategies and close rapport with vendors and strategic partners
• Prepare corporate press releases and pitches for media exposure
• Work closely with regional PR agencies for group-wide marketing promotions
• Manage Corporate’s generic email account
• As and when needed; collate information from all hotels for reporting
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the immediate supervisors

Job Requirements:

• A degree or above in advertising and marketing or communications preferred
• Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Wechat, Weibo, blogs, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software)
• Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Facebook Insights, Instagram, Social Mentions
• Experience with PR, Marketing and Events preferred
