Director of Loyalty Marketing 2022-01-27

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving the external and internal loyalty program and portfolio awareness and understanding in the key cities where Dorsett has footprints and gradually across the globe
  • Monitoring and evaluating the loyalty program participating hotels performance to achieve the group financial / operations targets, the program performance targets and the member benefit benchmarks
  • Leading the growth of program membership in partnership with other disciplines 
  • Supporting the group or hotel system such as CRS (Central Reservation System) to integrate to the loyalty program system and synchronize the sale and member data
  • Conducting the new hotel loyalty program participation including the system setup, the operation SOP, the performance targets
  • Ensuring the hotel operations to execute the program commitment to the members such as the loyalty program points and benefit redemption, the member exclusive offers and benefits during the stays

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in building, revamping and managing a hotel’s or a travel-related loyalty program with the hands-on experience to develop and implement the targeted offer strategies such as an indepth understanding of customer segmentations and life cycle marketing
  • A degree holder in Marketing or Business-related field, studies in Loyalty or CRM are desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present the results, findings and concepts to the senior management
  • Able to derive the insights to construct the offers, campaigns and communications that drive the profitable customer behaviors
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and the knowledge of database management and online CRM
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible, innovative and creative approach
