Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at driveway and respond to guests in a prompt and courteous manner 
• Alert to Hotel surroundings and baggage security
• Deliver and collect baggage for arriving and departing guests / groups
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties such as transport, mail / delivery items, courier and room service requests

Job Requirements:

• Physically strong to carry heavy items
• Pleasant and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends
