Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned
• Perform routine inspection of guest rooms and public areas on assigned floor to ensure quality standards are met
• Directing and supervising all Room Attendants
• Assist the Housekeeper to provide training for Room Attendants as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• An attention to details
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Working knowledge of cleansing chemicals
• Willing to work on shift hours
• Immediately available is highly preferred
