Job Description

1.To provide an appropriate welcome atRestaurants for guests and potential guests, maximizing their dining experienceusing technical and individual social skills.

2.Escort guests to their preferred table orreserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards

3.Take telephone bookings and document inthe Reservation book according to restaurant standards

4.Be attentive to guests and resolve theircomplaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor

Qualification

1.High School or Vocational Certificate inHotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

2.1 years related experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience.
