Job Responsibilities:

• responsible for the operation of the kitchen；
• responsible for the preparation of Western food, cooking and set the work；
• check inventory and finished goods and check all food preparation；
• clear all food ingredients, cooking methods and techniques, equipment and other aspects of knowledge；
• familiar with Western-style food production process.

Job Requirements:

• 1 years working experience in Western-style food work；
• responsible, honest, self-motivated, good at learning innovation；
• accept professional technical training, relevant work experience is preferre；
• Shanghai census register is preferred.
